Rabbits hold a special place in my life and art—they feel as if they are embedded in my DNA.  My father, who enjoyed painting on Sundays, introduced me to drawing rabbits when I was very young.  Although I never had a pet rabbit, I believe that my father’s illustrations of these bunnies have left a lasting impression, influencing their recurring presence in my artwork.

 

In my lates series of bunny paintings, I strive to capture emotions such as curiosity, joy, surprise, and contentment.  These feelings resonate not only within our ow lives but also in the experience of our friends and family.  Through these works, I hope to echo the spirit and wonder that rabbits represent.
